Gerador de Pi
Guia
Gerador de Pi
Generate the digits of Pi (π) to up to 10,000 decimal places. View digits with configurable formatting, search for digit sequences (like your birthday), see digit frequency statistics with distribution charts, and explore other mathematical constants including e, √2, and φ (the golden ratio).
Como usar
Enter the number of decimal places (up to 10,000) or click a preset button. The digits appear instantly with your chosen formatting: group size (5 or 10 digits), line width, and optional line numbers showing digit positions. Search for any digit sequence within Pi — try your birthday (MMDDYYYY) to see where it appears. Check the statistics section for digit frequency distribution and uniformity analysis. Explore other constants (e, √2, φ) with the same features.
Características
- Up to 10,000 Digits — Generate Pi to any precision up to 10,000 decimal places with instant results. Quick presets for 10, 100, 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 digits.
- Configurable Display — Group digits in blocks of 5 or 10 for readability. Set line width (50, 80, or 100 digits). Show position line numbers for easy reference.
- Digit Search — Find any digit sequence within Pi. Enter your birthday, phone number, or any pattern and see all positions where it appears, with matches highlighted in the output.
- Digit Statistics — Frequency distribution bar chart for digits 0-9 showing expected vs actual counts. Chi-squared uniformity test to check if the distribution is statistically uniform.
- Other Constants — Generate digits of e (Euler’s number), √2, and φ (golden ratio) with the same formatting and search features.
- Exportar — Copy digits to clipboard or download as .txt file. Stats show total digits and computation time.

About Pi
Pi (π) is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, approximately 3.14159. It is an irrational number — its decimal expansion never terminates and never repeats. Pi appears throughout mathematics, physics, and engineering: in wave equations, probability distributions, Fourier transforms, and the geometry of circles and spheres. As of 2024, Pi has been computed to over 105 trillion digits, though most practical applications need no more than 15-20 decimal places.
