Email Signature HTML Generator

Генератор HTML-подписи электронной почты

Build a polished, copy-ready HTML email signature in seconds. Pick a layout, drop in your name, role, contacts, social links, accent color and optional profile photo or company logo — the tool renders a live preview and emits inline-styled HTML that pastes cleanly into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and most other email clients.

Как использовать

  1. Fill in Personal Info: full name, job title, company, phone, email, website, and address. Leave any field blank to hide that line.
  2. Выберите Размещение (horizontal, vertical, or compact text-only), font family, accent color and text color. The preview updates as you type.
  3. Toggle the profile photo on or off, paste an image URL, and choose a circle, rounded, or square shape. Add a company logo the same way if you want one.
  4. Drop URLs into the Social Links fields you want to include (LinkedIn, Twitter / X, GitHub, Instagram). Empty fields are skipped — no broken icons.
  5. Нажмите Copy rendered signature and paste it into your email client’s signature settings. Or use Копировать HTML-код if you prefer to paste the raw markup.

Возможности

  • Живой предварительный просмотр — see exactly what recipients will see, inside a fake email shell with greeting and sign-off.
  • Three layouts — horizontal (photo left, text right with accent divider), vertical (photo above text), and compact (text only).
  • Inline-styled HTML — every element uses inline CSS so signatures render reliably in Gmail, Outlook desktop, Outlook web, Apple Mail and most mobile clients.
  • Smart contact rows — phone numbers become tel: links, emails become mailto:, website URLs become clickable, addresses stay plain text.
  • Configurable photo shape — circle, rounded square, or hard square. Pick the look that matches your brand.
  • Social icon set — LinkedIn, Twitter / X, GitHub, Instagram. Empty fields are silently skipped.
  • Optional disclaimer block — for the legal / confidentiality note many companies require.
  • Two copy modes — copy the rendered signature (paste-as-rich-text into Gmail) or copy the raw HTML (for advanced editors).
  • Работает полностью в браузере — nothing is uploaded to a server. Your photo URLs and contact details never leave your device.

Часто задаваемые вопросы

  1. Why do email signatures use inline CSS instead of a stylesheet?

Most email clients strip out <style> blocks, <link> tags, and external CSS for security and rendering reasons. Outlook in particular ignores classes and stylesheets and only honors inline style attributes on individual elements. Inlining every rule directly on the element it targets is the most reliable way to keep the signature looking the same in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and on mobile.

  2. Why are email signatures built with HTML tables instead of divs and flexbox?

Outlook on Windows uses the Microsoft Word rendering engine for HTML email, which has weak support for modern CSS layout. Tables with explicit width, padding and border attributes are the only layout primitive that renders the same way in Word-Outlook as it does everywhere else. Using nested tables for the photo / text columns is the well-established compatibility pattern for HTML email.

  3. What is the difference between pasting rendered HTML and pasting raw HTML source?

Pasting the rendered signature (rich text) lets the email client capture the visual output and rebuild its own HTML around it — that is what Gmail's signature editor expects. Pasting raw HTML source is what advanced editors (Outlook desktop signature files, Apple Mail's plist files, third-party signature managers) want, because they store the markup verbatim and re-render it at send time.

  4. Why should email signature images be hosted on a public URL instead of attached?

If a photo is attached or embedded as a data: URL, many clients show it as an attachment indicator or simply hide it. Linking to a publicly reachable HTTPS URL lets the recipient's client fetch the image directly, the same way it fetches images in any other HTML email. Image-blocking is then the only thing that hides it, and recipients can opt in once and have it work for every future email.

  5. Why do mailto: and tel: links work even in conservative email clients?

mailto: and tel: are URI schemes defined in the HTML spec and supported by every operating system, so email clients treat them the same way browsers do — clicking them hands the URI off to the OS, which opens the default mail or phone app. Because the scheme handlers live in the OS, no third-party permissions or special rendering is required, which is why these links survive even the strictest email-client sanitizers.
