How to use it

How do I add this signature to Gmail?

Open Gmail Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a new signature, then paste. Gmail's signature box accepts rich content, so pasting the rendered signature keeps the formatting. If pasting plain HTML doesn't work, use the "insert" approach your client documents for HTML signatures.

Will it work in Outlook?

Yes. The signature uses table-based layout and inline styles — the approach Outlook's rendering engine handles most reliably. Paste the HTML into your Outlook signature editor, or save the downloaded .html file into Outlook's signature folder.

Why do the fonts use single quotes?

Font names that contain spaces (like Segoe UI or Times New Roman) are wrapped in single quotes so they never clash with the double-quoted style attributes around them — a subtle detail that keeps the signature from breaking in strict email clients.

Can I use my own hosted photo and logo?

Absolutely. Paste any publicly reachable https:// image URL. Host the image somewhere stable (your website, a CDN or an image host) so it keeps loading for recipients over time.
