How to use it
- Paste the text you want to check into Text to Analyze — between 50 and 5,000 characters.
- Press Analyze.
- Read the Verdict ("Likely AI-generated," "Likely human-written," or "Mixed / uncertain"), the Confidence percentage, and the Key Indicators the model weighed — things like uniform sentence length, hedging language, or a lack of personal voice.
What it costs
A flat 3 credits per analysis. Credits reset daily, and a run that fails costs nothing at all.
Important limitations — please read
AI content detection is fundamentally probabilistic, not a lie detector. This applies to every AI detector on the market, not just this one:
- False positives happen. Formal, plain, or non-native-English writing is regularly flagged as "AI-generated" even when a human wrote every word.
- False negatives happen. Lightly edited or paraphrased AI text can slip past as "human-written."
- No detector is forensically reliable. Independent studies of commercial AI detectors — including ones built on the same class of models as this tool — consistently find meaningful error rates on both sides, and results can shift between runs on the same text.
- Don't use this to accuse anyone. A verdict here is not proof a specific person did or didn't use AI. Treat it as one weak signal among many, never as the basis for an academic, employment, or legal decision.
Why does the result vary run to run?
The model isn't deterministic — sampling the same text twice can land on a different confidence score, and occasionally a different verdict, especially for text near the boundary. Treat a single run as a rough read, not an exact measurement.
Is what I paste sent anywhere?
Yes — the text is sent to the AI provider that analyzes it, because it's part of the prompt. Don't paste anything confidential.
