What it costs

Why 155 characters?
Google typically truncates a search snippet somewhere around 155-160 characters on desktop (it varies by pixel width, not a fixed count). Keeping every option at or under 155 characters means none of them get cut off mid-sentence.
Does it generate the same descriptions every time?
No. The model runs with high randomness, so the same input produces a different set of options each time, including if you press Generate twice in a row.
Is what I type sent anywhere?
Yes — the text you type is sent to the AI provider that generates the descriptions, because it's part of the prompt. Don't paste anything confidential into it.
