Guides
Turn an Outlook email saved as a .msg file into a PDF you can archive, print
or send to someone who doesn't use Outlook. The conversion runs in your
browser, so the email is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Drop a .msg file onto the upload box.
- Open Page options to choose the page size, font and font size, and whether the attachment names are listed.
- Press Convert to PDF, then download
email.pdf.
What ends up in the PDF
- The subject as a heading, then From, To, Cc and Date.
- The message body. If the email only has an HTML body, it is reduced to readable plain text.
- A list of attachment file names (the attachments themselves are not embedded).
Inline images, colours and the original HTML layout are not reproduced — the PDF uses one clean, consistent font so long emails are easy to read and print.
Frequently asked questions
Is my email sent anywhere? No. The .msg file is parsed on your device.
Can it open .eml files? Not yet — this tool reads Outlook's .msg format.
Why is my email's formatting simplified? The converter extracts the text and headers rather than rendering Outlook's HTML, which keeps the output small and private.
