What does this generator do?

It produces truly arbitrary numbers within any range you choose. Generate a single number or up to 100 at once, as integers or decimals (with 0–10 decimal places), and decide whether repeats are allowed — turn them off for lottery-style draws where every number must be unique. You can also exclude specific numbers, sort the results, and set a seed to reproduce the exact same draw later.

Common uses

  • Draws and giveaways — pick winning entries without bias, excluding numbers already claimed.
  • Games and teaching — dice rolls, quiz order, random grouping.
  • Development and testing — quick sample data in a specific range, with a seed for reproducible test fixtures.
  • Lottery-style number picks — unique draws sorted for easy reading, with previously-drawn numbers excluded.

How to use it

  1. Set how many numbers you need and the min/max range.
  2. Choose integer or decimal (and precision for decimals).
  3. Untick Allow repeated numbers if every result must be unique.
  4. Optionally list numbers to exclude, choose a sort order, and set a seed for a repeatable draw.
  5. Hit Generate — copy or download the results.

Note: numbers come from your browser's pseudo-random generator (or a seeded deterministic one, if you set a seed). That's perfect for games, sampling and testing, but for cryptographic purposes use a dedicated secure generator.
