The Random Email Generator creates batches of fake, well-formed email addresses in one click. Every address follows the standard user@domain.tld shape, so it drops straight into test databases, sign-up form fixtures, spreadsheet mockups, screenshots and demos without tripping email validation. The addresses are randomly assembled and do not belong to real inboxes.
How to use it
- Set Number of Emails with the slider (1 to 100 per batch).
- Pick a Username Style:
- Realistic Names builds the local part from a large pool of common first and last names.
- Random Strings uses a 6–12 character lowercase alphanumeric string instead.
- When using realistic names, choose a Name Format —
first.last,firstlast,first_last,f.last, orflast. - Choose a Domain Type: common mailbox providers (gmail.com, outlook.com, …), obviously fictional test domains (example.org, test.email, …), or your own Custom Domain.
- Click Generate. Results appear one per line, ready to copy or download as a text file.
Each batch is de-duplicated, so you won't get the same address twice in a single run.
Which domain type should I pick?
Use Common Providers when you want addresses that look like everyday user accounts. Use Fictional / Test Domains when the data should be unmistakably fake — these domains are reserved for examples and tests, so nothing you generate can collide with a real address. Use Custom Domain to pin every address to one domain (e.g. your app's staging domain) for seeding an internal directory.
Are these real email addresses?
No. The names, strings and domains are combined at random purely to produce syntactically valid addresses. They are meant for testing and demonstration only — do not use them to send mail or to sign up for services.
Why do I get different results each time?
Generation is random by design, so pressing Generate again gives a fresh batch. If you need a specific set, generate once and save the output.
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. No addresses are sent to a server, stored, or logged — the tool simply assembles random text locally each time you click Generate.
