Guides
The Flyer Maker turns a headline, a few details and an optional photo into a finished flyer, live in your browser, then lets you download it as a print-ready PNG or PDF. Nothing you type is uploaded — the flyer is composited entirely on your own device.
How to use it
- Fill in a headline, an optional subheadline, and the details — the main body text of your flyer.
- Add date & time and location if it's an event, plus any contact details (phone, email, website) you want printed.
- Upload a photo or logo if you have one — the Photo layout uses it as a full-bleed background; the other layouts place it as a small logo.
- Choose a layout (Poster, Modern, Minimal or Photo) and an accent color — the preview updates instantly as you type.
- Pick a page size — US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), A4, or A5 — to match your printer.
- Click Download PNG for a 300 DPI image, or Download PDF for a print-ready single-page PDF sized exactly to your chosen page.
Layouts
- Poster — a bold full-color background with everything centered — headline, subheadline, body and footer — for a classic event-poster look.
- Modern — a colored header band for your headline, a clean white body for the details, and a matching colored footer band for your date/contact info.
- Minimal — plain white background with a thin accent underline beneath the headline — understated and easy to read at a glance.
- Photo — your uploaded photo fills the entire flyer as a background, with a dark gradient overlay so white text stays readable over any image. Falls back to a solid accent-colored background if no photo is uploaded.
Text color automatically switches between white and dark ink depending on your accent color (or, on the Photo layout, whether a background image is present), so it always stays readable.
Is my information uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — the layout, your photo, and the final PNG/PDF export — is generated entirely in your browser using the Canvas API and a client-side PDF library. Nothing you enter is sent to a server or stored anywhere.
What if I need a different size than the three offered?
US Letter, A4 and A5 cover the most common home and print-shop formats. Download the PNG and resize it in an image editor if you need a non-standard size — the export is high-resolution (300 DPI) so it holds up well when resized.
