How to use it
Length sets the shape of the title. Short titles (Ash, The Tide, Hollow) read as literary or punchy and modern. Long ones (The Cartographer's Last Confession, A House Made of Rain) read as epic, romantic or genre fiction with a story implied in the title itself.
Complexity decides how much the titles reach for metaphor and wordplay. Simple gives you clean, direct titles; elaborate leans into symbolism, double meanings and evocative imagery.

How specific should my extra-context note be?
As specific as you can manage — genre plus a one-line premise gets far sharper results than genre alone. A title is only intriguing when it hints at something, so telling the generator the central conflict, setting or mood lets it aim the metaphor at your story rather than the genre in the abstract.
Can I copyright or trademark a book title?
Titles generally can't be copyrighted, and titles of single books usually can't be trademarked either — which is why the same title can appear on several unrelated books. That means a title here is free for you to use, but also that it may already sit on someone else's book. Search the title on a retailer before you commit, especially in a crowded genre.
Will these titles match my book's tone?
