Will the name be free to trademark and register?

How do I get a name that matches my cuisine?
Name the cuisine and the mood in the context box, not just the food. "Mexican restaurant" is thin; "Oaxacan restaurant, mezcal-focused, dim and intimate" gives the model the cultural references and register to work from. The more specific the concept — region, price point, atmosphere — the less generic the names.
What makes a restaurant name actually work?
