Organize PDF lets you reorder — and optionally remove — the pages of a PDF, right in your browser. Upload a file, move pages up or down until the sequence is right, drop any pages you don't need, then download the result. No signup, no watermark, and nothing ever leaves your device.
How to use it
- Drop or browse for a single PDF. Its page count loads automatically.
- Each page appears as its own row, labelled by its original page number. Use the up/down arrows to move a row, or the X button to drop that page from the output entirely.
- Press Apply order. The rebuilt file downloads automatically as
organized.pdf.
Why organize PDFs in the browser?
Most online PDF organizers upload your document to a server just to shuffle a few pages. This one does the whole job locally using the pdf-lib library, so contracts, statements, scans and anything else private stay on your computer. There's no upload or download round-trip, so applying a new order is near-instant even for larger files.
Does this show page thumbnails?
Not yet — pages are listed by number only, so you'll want to have the original open alongside if you're reordering a long or unfamiliar document. Thumbnail previews are planned for a future update.
Can I remove pages instead of just reordering them?
Yes. Removing a row with the X button drops that page from the rebuilt PDF — it won't appear in organized.pdf at all. This is handy for dropping a blank scan or duplicate page while you're already reordering the rest.
What if my PDF is password-protected?
A PDF with an owner lock but no open password usually loads fine. A file that requires a password just to open must be unlocked first — use the Unlock PDF tool, then organize the result.
