M4A to MP4
Convert an M4A audio file to MP4 without losing quality — the audio is repackaged, not re-encoded. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Input
Lossless: an M4A is already an MP4 container, so the audio is copied as-is — quality is identical.
MP4 audio
Upload an M4A file and press Convert to MP4. Everything runs in your browser — the file is never uploaded.

What M4A to MP4 does
Turn an M4A audio file into an MP4 file. An M4A is already an MP4 container holding AAC audio, so nothing is re-encoded — the file is relabeled as MP4 and the sound stays bit-for-bit identical. It runs in your browser, so the file is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Upload an M4A file.
- Click Convert to MP4.
- Preview the result, then download it.
Good to know
The result is an audio-only MP4. If your M4A holds a codec other than AAC (for example Apple Lossless), it is still repackaged unchanged, but some players may not support it.
