- Optionally change the text format — capitalized, lowercase or UPPERCASE.

Can the same person appear twice?
Not in a single run — draws are without replacement. Run it again for a completely new (possibly overlapping) set.
Does it work offline / is my data private?
The picker runs entirely in your browser — the name list ships with the page and the random draw happens on your device. Nothing you do here is uploaded anywhere.
